PERDORMIRE , Design for Wellness.

PARISIAN INSTITUTION

La Brasserie de l'Isle Saint Louis on Quai de Bourbon is without doubt one of those fine institutions make the reputation of Parisian brasserie in the world.
Upon arrival the home of Paul and his brother watch on the family tradition of this beautiful brewery.
Server moldings of places, everything reminds you that here might be part of the furniture as if some customers you come from father to son.
We feel the past in every glance in the hall and historic decorations.
The kitchen at a remarkable value for money and even if you do not come to a gourmet meal you will not be disappointed by the simplicity of the dishes. The veal liver of fine quality and fries was outstanding, as are the homemade desserts for most. The Roaring Twenties stamped decoration is a program that makes this place a real history lesson.
On sunny days the terrace is one of the best of Paris with its view of the Seine, the "Rive Gauche" and the Pantheon.
A beautiful place with 3 generations of owners will be preserved for years to come, to the delight of tourists and Parisians who are likely to appreciate this historic brewery.

THE "PAS DE CALAIS " in St Germain des Prés

If you Parisien few days, do not miss the "Pas de Calais" Rue des St Pères in St Germain des Prés.
This boutique hotel has many assets with its exceptional location in the heart of St Germain, within 5 minutes from the metro and St Sulpice a few minutes to the Louvre. But above all, a quality renovation with a marriage of classic and contemporary to feel comfortable in this hotel for several generations of the same family.
The lobby is pleasant with its terrace garden and glass roof that lights up the place, its Cosy bar category where you can enjoy evening cocktails and also breakfast nearby under the canopy, also served in the room.
Beautifully redecorated rooms in soothing pastel colors, all different, with modern comfort and very comfortable bathrooms mostly with bathtubs which is rare in Paris in this category. Some with small balconies nice for a drink, breakfast or smoke a cigarette ..
Much interest has to stay in this human-sized boutique hotel that deserves more star and no doubt you will come back often.

After good years spent abroad, the Savoy in London through the chain Meridien Singapore and The Steinberger in Brussels, this Franco-German, born in Italy, will develop the international side essential to any large hotel Parisien.

An original idea of François Chabanian , his director : sublimate a summer time, the creations of the maestro of surrealism.

A true icon of surrealism and one of the most famous artists of the twentieth century , Salvador Dali has touched all generations by leaving behind a rich artistic heritage . If the artist Catalan painter has long been inspired by the dreams and the unconscious ; the sculptor wanted to give them a shape and a volume size .

Aziz Mokhtari, strenuous defender of right and good taste

"There are few activities with such a variety of products, cooking, textures, research opportunities. It's infinite" by Audrey Roit.

In 2005, Aziz Mokhtari began his training at Blagnac CFA. His Chef's position at Nez Rouge restaurant between 2009 and 2011 was a real catch about his idea of permanent evolution. In 2011, Aziz was then pleased to open his first restaurant in Toulouse, "Les P'tits Fayots", before inaugurating a new gourmet and design space in 2016 under the same name.

"I broke everything to reconstruct better". After months of work, the restaurant Les P'tits Fayots reopened completly transformed and renovated. "Passionate about design and helped by an architect, I could put my two cents worth everywhere". From 24 seats in 2015, the place passed this year to 45 seats. The watchword is now creativity. Taking risks, Aziz Mokhtari was right to operate because today the restaurant is full swing and reservations fuse to discover the cuisine that breathes travels of this young enthusiast, kitchen pushed beyond its limits, which allows the team to "break out" and customers to "escape".

"Les P'tits Fayots", a unique and funny name as the Chef's does not really preach the side of 'cassoulet". This did not prevented him to win the "golden bean" at "best cassoulet of the world from Toulouse" Championship in March 2016. With a brand new menu, Aziz Mokhtari works only fresh, seasonal ingredients, in all logic, often bought at Victor Hugo Market of Toulouse.
